Job Description
Gray Construction is looking to add a Sr. Construction Project Manager- Manufacturing Market to their Dallas, TX office. The new team member will be responsible for leading large industrial construction projects and ensuring that goals for safety, quality, scheduling, training, and profitability are met. The ideal candidate will have ten to fifteen years of experience in construction management and a passion for collaboration and professional development.
Requirements
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and awareness of staff working relationships
- Ensure that goals for safety, quality, scheduling, training, and profitability are met for each project
- Supervise project managers, assistant project managers and support personnel when applicable
- Operate within budgetary limitations and requirements
- Ensure continuity of work flow in the absence or termination of subordinates or other project staff
- Actively support and participate in the Project Managers Association (PMA)
- Ensure that project staff completes status reports, closeout documents and maintenance manuals promptly
- Responsible for the communication, implementation and enforcement of Gray’s safety program on site
