Job Description
Grayce offers a 2-year comprehensive development program for Graduate Consultants. The program focuses on accelerating career growth through business skills development, project management, and continuous learning. The role involves analyzing business needs, leading projects, managing stakeholders, and improving organizational structure to achieve business objectives. Candidates should have a passion for change and transformation, and experience in BA or Project Management.
Requirements
- 3.3/4 GPA or higher
- Right to Work in the US
- Experience in BA through work experience or internships (preferred)
