Casualty Claims Rep/ Sr. Claims Representative-Trucking Division

We are seeking a Claims Representative to join the Non-Trucking Liability team in our Cincinnati, OH office. The ideal candidate will have commercial auto and previous claims experience.

Requirements

• Investigates and maintains claims.
• Reviews and evaluates coverage and/or liability.
• Secures and analyzes necessary information in the investigation of claims.
• Ensures claims payments are issued in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensures claims handling is conducted in compliance with applicable statues, regulations and other legal requirements.
• Conveys information to all appropriate parties, maintaining a professional demeanor in all situations.
