Business Solutions Manager

Business Solutions Manager oversees and optimizes an organization's business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance supporting Commercial. BSM creates and analyzes workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implements changes to streamline operations.

Requirements

• Develop new processes or reengineer existing ones to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Oversee the implementation of process changes, automation, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Continuously monitoring the effectiveness of implemented processes, gathering data, and making adjustments as needed.
• In-charge of all UAT testing and training of system migrations relating to commercial.
• Responsible for process documentation and work scope requirements gathering for any product development or tools selection.
• Work with various departments and stakeholders to gather input, address concerns, and ensure buy-in for process changes.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and coordination to ensure the deadlines and requirements of the job are met.
