Job Description
The Quality Rework Specialist is responsible for processing all returns, retains, and damaged product. The role involves facilitating SAP transactions, operating forklifts, processing returns, and coordinating product disposition.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in a business or a technical field
- 4 years experience or more in a lab or quality setting
- Basic understanding of chemical and physical processes relating to cheese and packaging quality
- Experience in SAP or other ERP system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to Operator Powered Industrial Trucks (forklifts)
- Ability to make decisions based on standard practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, troubleshoot and problem solve
