Great Minds is a high-growth, mission-driven organization that develops high-quality, knowledge-rich curricula for math, science, and ELA. We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our team of engineers and influence the strategic technical direction.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience as an individual contributor software engineer
- 3+ years experience as an engineering manager
- Expertise designing and operating software in a cloud-native application environment (AWS preferred)
- Ability to code application prototypes and reference architecture using NodeJS/ TypeScript, React, or Python
- Ability to communicate application architecture to multiple audiences
- Ability to coach and mentor software engineers
- Ability to manage the work of five to ten software engineers
