Job Description
Great Northern Laminations is a division of Great Northern that specializes in edge protection and protective packaging. We are seeking a 3rd Shift Crew Leader to operate equipment and provide leadership to crew to produce the finest quality product.
Requirements
- Responsible for safety, quality and efficiency of Vboard machine and crew.
- Effectively and efficiently operate Vboard machine to maintain production goals.
- Provide crew leadership and coordinate crew.
- Lead communications with crew and plant leadership.
- Support and lead training efforts.
- Proficient in all areas of the Vboard machine.
- Meet performance metrics. Document and communicate in glass wall.
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on all equipment.
- Ability to satisfactorily perform all Vboard duties.
- Participate in continuous improvement and effectively communicate opportunities to improve efficiencies and effectiveness for this position.
Benefits
- Pay/Schedule: $24.00 - $26.00/hour+$1.25/HR shift differential, dependent upon experience
