FOH/Server Manager

Great Western Dining Service is seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House (FOH) / Server Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage daily restaurant operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and service flow
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance and professional development
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and tact
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
• Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
