Job Description
Fulltime Counselor, Licensure Candidate or Therapist position in Brainerd, Minnesota, providing mental health services to at-risk children and families, with a focus on the 'Circle of Courage' community values.
Requirements
- Counselor Level: High School Diploma with 4000 hours of working with children and families, or Bachelor's degree with 2000 hours, or Bachelor's degree in behavioral health with practicum or internship, or Master's degree in human services
- Licensure Candidate: Completed master's degree and working toward licensure (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP)
- Licensed Therapist: Fully Licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP)
- Demonstrated ability to work with children and families experiencing mental health issues in a direct care role
- Familiarity with a variety of counseling techniques and theories
