The Associate Director of Family Services is responsible for overseeing the organization and delivery of quality youth and family programs, including child safety, staff management, and community relationships.
Requirements
- Provide exemplary member service to YMCA members & program participants' families
- Ensure quality & safety are always at the forefront of all youth & family programs
- Supervise the YMCA Child Watch, Parents' Night Out program, and Kinder Camps
- Develop and maintain community, member, and program participant relationships
- Work with Senior Director of Youth Development to develop, review, and monitor annual Family Services budgets
