Job Description
Patient Registration Float Position Summary: Make a difference in the lives of patients and families by providing exceptional patient-centered care as a Patient Registration Representative. This is a full-time position with shifts available Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm, with occasional Saturday rotations.
Requirements
- Experience in computer data entry required
- Excellent typing, telephone and interview skills required
- Bi-lingual in Spanish or Portuguese, preferred
- Availability to work evening sessions and occasional weekends
- I. Education: High school diploma or GED. One year of business school or equivalent
- II. Experience: Experience as a medical secretary in a physician practice or community health center
- III. Software/Hardware: proficient with MS Office, experience with EPIC software (EPIC, eCW)
