Basketball Referee

The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is seeking a Basketball Referee to join their team at the Y. The referee will work with the City Basketball League, positively impacting the community through athletics, and help children reach their potential. The role involves conducting sports program instruction, ensuring adherence to YMCA standards, and providing a safe environment for participants.

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Some college or equivalent
• 3+ years experience in organized basketball
• Ability to work with and be sensitive to others
• Ability to perform activities requiring sustained concentration and attention
• Ability to physically assist program participants if necessary
