The Associate Program Director supports the day-to-day operations of youth programming at the Plainfield YMCA. This role provides direct program support, staff supervision, and administrative oversight to ensure high-quality, safety, and engaging youth programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in youth development, nonprofit, or community-based programming preferred.
- Experience working in a YMCA or similar nonprofit organization preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and build strong, positive relationships.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
