The Sales Assistant will share in the sales and customer service responsibilities for CB JENI townhomes and Normandy Homes, promoting home sales and maintaining a professional appearance.

Requirements

• Commitment to diligently and faithfully employing oneself in promoting home sales
• Professional appearance and representation of the company
• Responsibility for promoting the company and products through mailings and calls on professional companies and Realtors
• Accuracy in listing and maintaining homes in MLS listing systems
• Organizational skills for paperwork and database management
• Customer service skills for tracking and documenting loans, customer problems and complaints
• Maintenance of model homes and community appearance
• Ability to attend training engagements and follow safety rules
