The Sales Assistant will share in the sales and customer service responsibilities for CB JENI townhomes and Normandy Homes, promoting home sales and maintaining a professional appearance.
Requirements
- Commitment to diligently and faithfully employing oneself in promoting home sales
- Professional appearance and representation of the company
- Responsibility for promoting the company and products through mailings and calls on professional companies and Realtors
- Accuracy in listing and maintaining homes in MLS listing systems
- Organizational skills for paperwork and database management
- Customer service skills for tracking and documenting loans, customer problems and complaints
- Maintenance of model homes and community appearance
- Ability to attend training engagements and follow safety rules
