Job Description
Green Brick Mortgage is seeking a Secondary Market Analyst to manage rate lock activities, loan pricing, and investor delivery. This role ensures profitability and compliance in loan sales through effective pipeline management and investor communication. Requirements
- Issue and distribute daily loan pricing across all origination channels.
- Confirm, accept, and manage rate locks from Retail and Wholesale.
- Monitor locked loan pipelines and perform necessary changes or rate adjustments.
- Communicate investor guidelines, pricing policies, and delivery requirements to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to pipeline rate lock policies to maintain profitability.
- Prepare and submit required reports to investors and internal management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support secondary market operations.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
