The ideal candidate has experience working with accounting and expense management systems and is comfortable supporting multiple entities in a structured, detail-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative, finance support, or bookkeeping role
• Solid understanding of invoices, expenses, and basic accounting principles
• Experience working with digital finance or administration systems
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with Exact Online or similar bookkeeping tools
• Experience with Payhawk or similar expense management tools
• Experience working with multiple legal entities or international organizations
• Relevant qualification in administration, finance, or accounting
