Requirements

Graduate in law.
5+ years experience in contract law (in-house or law firm), good knowledge of commercial and corporate law.
Strong drafting skills.
Fluency in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
High level of integrity, strong attention to detail, and a solution-oriented, analytical mindset.
