Job Description
We are looking for an IT Incident & Changemanager to join our Infra & Operations team in Rotterdam, Netherlands. As IT Incident & Changemanager, you will create structure, connect people, and make visible impact within IT. You will have a good command of the Dutch language and be based in the Netherlands.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree and technical knowledge in IT or a related field
- Good command of the Dutch language
- Proven experience with ITSM tools
- Proven experience with operational process improvement (continuous improvement)
