Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Medicine and completion of Residency training.
• Current licensure as a Physician in good standing with the North Carolina Medical Board.
• Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) licensure.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
