Perform all operations in clean room work area to meet or exceed expected quality and production standards.

Requirements

• Comply with all federal and state environmental, health and safety regulations
• Set up and finish trim parts on appropriate equipment
• Set up and operate large laser cutting machines and automated inscription machine
• Load and unload ovens
• Final inspection of parts using gauges, micrometers and non-contact measurement tools
• Follow all SPC procedures
• Rework parts as necessary
• In process, trim and inspect all parts as required (line pull)
• Record daily activities including clock offs and special projects
• Record all Information on GT data collection system as required
• Perform miscellaneous duties in the White Chemraz area as assigned
