Value Stream Manager

As a Value Stream Manager, you'll manage Value Stream/Production Line(s) to ensure Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Improvement targets are met, and provide leadership to drive continuous improvement and daily execution to maximize growth and profitability of the Production Line(s).

Requirements

• B.S. degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years operations/new product development experience required
• Proven ability to effectively lead teams and align resources to meet business objectives
• Demonstrated working knowledge in CI/Lean Manufacturing practices and principles
• Strong analytical Skills with an emphasis on scientific method of problem solving (LSS)
• Demonstrated project management, time management and resource planning skills and experience required
