Job Description
Manage all aspects of Warehouse Operations at the plant, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and cycle counts. Implement and maintain S4 HANA, ERP activities.
Requirements
- BS/BA Degree required
- 5-8+ years of leadership experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving, or logistics
- Ability to plan departmental growth aligned with organizational vision and strategy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Experience in directing, planning, and scheduling work for a team
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to influence others across all organizational levels
- Strong attention to detail, able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of SAP/S4HANA in a EWM/IM environment is required
- Fluent in English and Korean
