Job Description
Greenhouse is looking for a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join their team. The role involves providing strategic direction for clients, achieving full fluency in industry trends, and establishing relationships throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Success, background in managing complex Enterprise accounts, and project management expertise.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role
- Background managing complex, global Enterprise accounts
- Formal or informal project management expertise
- Experience collaborating with and orchestrating a large cross-functional account team
- Background in SaaS, a plus
- Background in HR or Talent Acquisition, a plus
