This contract/travel role focuses on ensuring safe and quality patient care. Requirements

• Conduct surveys, complaint investigations (including abuse/neglect)
• Draft Statements of Deficiencies (SODs)
• Evaluate compliance with Plans of Correction
• Input findings into federal and state databases
• Participate in state monitoring during Immediate Jeopardy cases
• Travel to assigned facilities
• Comply with DOH schedules, policies, and procedures
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel to on-site locations
