Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or graduate of an approved Registered Professional Nurses training program.
• Active NY State RN license.
• 2+ years experience in acute care (medicine, surgery, or special care) and 1-3 years in acute care utilization review.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (coding, quality, and clinical charting).
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong writing/editing skills.
• Ability to solve problems and work collaboratively.
• Writing sample or publication is required.
