Job Description
Green Thumb is seeking an experienced Industrial Custodian to ensure a clean facility, preserving the condition of the building and equipment. The role involves routine maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies. The company prioritizes safety and teamwork within the workplace.
Requirements
- Routine Maintenance of major building equipment
- Schedule regular inspections
- Clean and sanitize office areas and bathrooms
- Clean, mop and vacuum floors
- Empty and remove trash/recycling materials
- Maintain outside walk areas
- Dust and wipe down furniture
- Move cabinets, boxes and equipment to clean areas
- Establish an in-house inventory of cleaning supplies
- Support the various departments within the building
- Assess and recommend maintenance needs as the business grows
