Job Description
The company is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and support the production operations in a cannabis manufacturing facility. This role involves maintaining product quality, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies. The supervisor will work hand-in-hand with production employees, focusing on motivational aspects and improving overall efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a production environment
- 2+ years’ experience in supervisory capacity
- High school diploma or GED required, BSc/BA preferred
- Experience in directing and evaluating subordinates
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methods (Kaizen, Gemba Walks)
