Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Dynamics 365 Consultants are joining a Dynamics 365 team focused on CRM, Field Service, and Marketing modules. The role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and supporting implementation. Consultants will ensure alignment between business goals and system capabilities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of Field Service and Salesmodules
• Experience with Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Platformcomponents
• Experience in writing functional documentation, user stories, and test cases
• Understanding of integration scenarios between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
