The Finance Assistant position supports the finance department by performing accounting tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial records, and aiding in the smooth operation and financial health of the organization.
Requirements
- Accounting Technician qualification or similar preferred
- At least 2 years of practical experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or similar finance roles
- Proficiency in accounting software e.g. SAGE and SAP
- Proven experience as an account assistant or in similar accounting role is advantageous
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Strong IT Skills e.g. MS Office, Excel
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy

- Ability to work on own initiative and manage workload
