Job Description
Gregory Construction is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team in Columbus, MS, specializing in mission critical facilities like data centers, civil infrastructure, and underground utility projects. The role involves preparing detailed cost estimates and collaborating with project managers and field teams to ensure project success. The ideal candidate has significant estimating experience and a team-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Prepare complete quantity take-offs, analysis, and estimates for assigned scopes of work.
- Develop detailed estimates for trades, building systems, and overall project costs.
- Obtain and evaluate subcontractor proposals.
- Supervise and mentor Assistant Estimators and Estimating Assistants.
