Job Description
Gregory Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead key projects involving heavy civil construction in Fort Bliss, TX. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of projects from planning to closeout, focusing on underground utilities, concrete, and site development. Successful candidates will drive results, grow into a leadership role, and contribute to the company’s success.
Requirements
- Manage the full lifecycle of heavy civil projects
- Oversee underground utility installations and concrete work
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Partner with subcontractors and vendors
- Lead progress meetings
- Administer contracts and manage change orders
- Maintain a safety-first culture
- Strong skills in budgeting and project controls
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or Primavera
- Ability to read and manage construction contracts and specifications
