Job Description
The Master Field Technician will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain construction equipment at an expert level, working independently in the field. Responsibilities include using manuals, repair manuals, and diagnostic equipment to identify and fix issues, as well as performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on various equipment systems.
Requirements
- High school education or GED
- Eight years of experience with Cat equipment or similar equipment
- Fully understand all four mechanical systems (transmissions, engines, hydraulics, etc.) for numerous model lines
