Requirements

• Education: Technical or engineering degree in a relevant field (such as mechanical engineering, plastics engineering or a similar field).
• Management experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in managing a team of employees.
• Technical skills: Deep knowledge of plastic blowing machines and related technology.
• Personal skills: Ability to manage and train, ability to solve technical problems independently, cognitive flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
