Join our K3 department as a Technician and take ownership of on-shift Technical and Co-ordination responsibilities, providing strong leadership across Health, Safety and Quality, driving process optimisation, and supporting confident technical decision-making on shift.
Requirements
- Strong technical capability evidenced by a minimum of 12 months of experience within a manufacturing environment in a similar technical role.
- Experience of knowledge transfer through training of others.
- Minimum GCSE / equivalent level including English & Maths or >5yrs demonstratable experience in a relevant role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- IT Literate & proficient with Microsoft, SAP & digital equipment.
- Evidence of strong technical competence.
- Good communication skills and a keen willingness to learn/lead others.
