Executive Lounge Assistant

The Grenada Airports Authority (GAA) is seeking a motivated Executive Lounge Assistant at Maurice Bishop International Airport (MBIA) to provide a first-class customer experience and ensure smooth operation of the lounge. The role involves guest check-ins, service, cleaning, report generation, and ensuring compliance with security and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Five (5) CXC/CSEC passes (Grade 3 or above), including English Language.
• Certificate in Customer Service.
• Two (2) years’ work-related experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and professionalism.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully and diplomatically.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of a foreign language or sign language is an asset.
• Must possess a clean character certificate.
