Job Description
GRENION Brands, a fast-growing beauty group, is seeking a Trainee in Brand Marketing to support their marketing efforts in France for 12 months. Based in Berlin, you will assist in developing and executing marketing plans, coordinating campaigns, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with local and international teams to grow and shape their brands. The role offers a hybrid working model and a vibrant company culture.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration with a focus on marketing, or a comparable qualification
- First hands-on experience in marketing (e.g. internships or student jobs), ideally in the FMCG or beauty industry
- Creative flair for branding, aesthetics, and consumer-relevant content – especially in social media
- Strong organizational skills, with a structured and proactive working style
- High level of team spirit, motivation, and a hands-on “can-do” attitude
- Fluent French (spoken and written)
- Very good English skills
