Requirements
- Solid knowledge of business studies (BWL) or commercial training with relevant professional experience in the banking/financial sector
- Enthusiasm for sales and customer management in the B2B sector, ideally experience in the leasing business
- Negotiation skills, self-initiative, and a strongly developed service mentality
- Strong communication skills in German
- Team spirit and the ability to build long-term customer relationships
