We are seeking a Sales Manager (m/w/d) Direct Sales to join our team at grenke Business Solutions GmbH & Co. KG. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, developing innovative financing solutions, and negotiating sales and customer development in your region. You will have a strong service-oriented approach, excellent communication skills in German, and a solid knowledge of sales and customer management in the B2B sector.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of a completed degree (BWL, economics) or a commercial education with relevant professional experience in the banking/financial sector
- Enthusiasm for sales and customer management in the B2B sector, ideally experience in leasing business
- Negotiation skills, self-initiative, and a strong service-oriented approach
- Communication skills in German
- Team spirit and the ability to build long-term customer relationships
