Manager or Sr. Manager of Strategic Finance

The Manager or Sr. Manager of Strategic Finance will build and own the analytical backbone of GridCARE's growth, working closely with executives to provide crisp models and investor-ready decks. This high-impact role requires a strong finance background, with experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital investing.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or VC investing
• Familiarity with venture-backed financing models
• Expert-level financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent slide-building and storytelling skills
• Strong executive communication skills
• High ownership mindset and willingness to move fast in a high-velocity startup environment
