Senior Full Stack Engineer

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in senior-level roles
• Proven leadership skills: mentoring junior engineers, leading technical initiatives, and driving team-wide improvements
• Strong experience building and scaling full-stack applications
• Professional experience with several of the following technologies:
• Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Python, or C#
• Frontend: React or a similar modern JavaScript framework
• Databases: PostgreSQL or another relational database
• Demonstrated experience architecting, building, and maintaining production systems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction and align teams
