Job Description
We are looking for an Engineering Manager who will work on building and managing engineering teams to accurately scale standard GridX products for valued utility customers. The primary focus will be on choosing optimal solutions to use for these purposes, then leading Engineering team members in maintaining, implementing, and monitoring them.
Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers.
- Strong knowledge of software and product development methodologies.
- Broad understanding of multi-discipline Engineering/Design for all project phases.
- Excellent understanding of when to apply appropriate software Design Patterns when required.
- Experience with data warehouse and BI solutions.
- Leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
