Principal Product Manager, Billing - Hybrid Denver, CO

Principal Product Manager, Billing, responsible for leading the product development life cycle for complex billing portfolio, driving strategic initiatives, and defining innovative solutions to lift GridX's broader strategic goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching and managing successful products at scale.
• Formal training and/or degree in a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Human Centered Design, or Data Science) or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated leadership managing high visibility projects with stakeholders and peers, with the ability to collaborate to solve problems quickly with minimal oversight.
• Proven experience effectively leading and inspiring cross-functional teams, driving consensus, and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills and able to communicate sophisticated concepts to various audiences.
• Strong focus on strategic vision, including the ability to understand market trends, to innovate, and to develop product strategy aligned with business goals.
• Ability to work across time zones in a dynamic start-up setting.
• Willingness to travel (up to 10% of the time) to support customer engagements, strategic partner meetings, and program initiatives.
