Grifols is a global healthcare company that needs a Packaging Senior Team Lead to join their Manufacturing Department in Parets del Valles, ES. The role involves supervising packaging processes, resolving incidents, and managing team members.

Requirements

• Health Science Bachelor's Degree and/or Master in Farma Industry
• Experience in similar tasks and/or in Manufacturing
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and manage large teams in a dynamic environment
• High level of English (B2-C1)
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and GMPs
• Knowledge of SAP ERP system and Microsoft Office
