Job Description
GRNET S.A. is seeking a motivated HPC User Support Specialist to strengthen their team and provide high-quality support to researchers, engineers, and scientific users running workloads on national HPC resources.
Requirements
- Respond to and resolve HPC user support tickets
- Assist users with job submission, scheduling, and workflow optimization
- Support users in accessing systems, storage, and HPC software environments
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to jobs, applications, and resource usage
- Contribute to onboarding, user guides, and technical documentation
