As a Team Coordinator, you will give direction to one or more care teams, provide structure, trust and positive energy, and stand next to your colleagues, actively listen, motivate and help where needed.
Requirements
- A HBO work and thinking level, with experience in leadership within care
- A coaching style of leadership with strong communication and social skills
- The talent to organize meetings and experience in monitoring processes
- A proactive and solution-oriented way of working, with an eye for work enjoyment and team development
