Job Description
People’s Action Institute is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to oversee the organization’s financial and accounting operations. This role involves leading a finance team, analyzing financial data, and ensuring budget and financial alignment with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to social, racial, and economic justice.
Requirements
- Oversee financial, project/program, and grants accounting.
- Develop and implement enhanced workflows and systems.
- Lead and develop finance department staff.
- Manage bank relationships and cash position.
- Experience with ERP system (Sage Intacct).
