They are seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure accurate expense coding, processing, and payment. The role focuses on vendor setup, payment processing, and month-end close procedures, with support for ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in accounts payable and expense reporting
• Strong knowledge of invoice processing, coding, and payment procedures
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle Fusion & Expensify a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
