Job Description
The Payables Technician role is to support the team of clerks, ensure the accuracy and fluidity of the entire accounts payable cycle, and contribute directly to the performance of the department.
Requirements
- Diploma or DEP in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position (construction experience: a significant asset)
- Excellent proficiency in French and English, both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of a construction ERP software (major asset)
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite - Excel is essential
- Attention to detail, diplomacy, integrity, and respect
- Natural leadership, rigour, agility, and teamwork spirit
- Ability to manage priorities
