The Deputy DPO plays a key role in structuring, piloting, and pedagogy to ensure the Group's compliance with data protection regulations, while accompanying business and digital projects.
Requirements
- Pilot Group compliance with the GDPR and applicable local regulations.
- Define, deploy, and maintain the Group's data governance with the Group's Chief Legal Officer.
- Maintain and update treatment records.
- Perform and supervise data protection impact assessments (DPIA).
- Monitor retention periods and archiving policies.
- Accompany digital and e-commerce projects in coordination with the Digital & Data Lawyer.
- Manage personal data breaches.
- Prepare and coordinate notifications to the CNIL if necessary.
- Implement and track corrective action plans.
- Develop awareness and training programs for teams.
- Popularize legal and data issues among non-legal teams.
- Produce clear, practical, and operational support materials.
