We are looking for a Property Manager to join our Montreal Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a first-cycle university degree, 6 years of experience, and certifications such as CFM, FMP, or RPA.

Requirements

• First-cycle university degree in engineering, urban planning, or architecture
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position
• Certifications such as CFM, FMP, or RPA
• Master Microsoft Office suite
• Good knowledge of Yardi software and GMAO system
• Knowledge of accounting and budgeting processes
